• Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Use GotGrant for lawful research and informational purposes.
• Do not share account access, bypass subscription controls, scrape at scale, overload the service, or misuse its APIs.
• Do not represent GotGrant as an official NIH or U.S. government service.

GotGrant Pro is offered at $14.99 per month or $119 per year. There is no free plan or free trial.

Subscriptions are recurring and automatically renew for the same billing interval until canceled. Stripe processes payment and may present applicable taxes before you confirm checkout.

You can manage payment details or cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues until then unless the account is terminated for misuse or a payment cannot be completed.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policyand any statutory rights that apply where you live.

GotGrant Pro lets you save search criteria and request daily or weekly transactional emails about newly matching NIH records. You control whether an alert is active and may pause or delete it.

GotGrant stores the minimum matching and delivery state needed for duplicate suppression and safe retries, and uses Resend to deliver alert emails. Stripe billing status determines whether alert evaluation remains active.

Alerts are a convenience, not a guaranteed notification service. Delivery can be delayed or omitted because of upstream NIH reporting, email filtering, outages, duplicate suppression, or service limits. Always verify deadlines, eligibility, and award details with official sources.

NIH RePORTER, ExPORTER, Grants.gov, PubMed, and other public sources control their own records. Data can contain errors, reporting lag, supplements, name ambiguity, and later corrections.

GotGrant provides research and informational tools, not legal, financial, medical, grant-review, eligibility, or submission advice. Confirm important decisions against the current official funding announcement and your institution's sponsored-research office.

Features may be unavailable during maintenance, deployment, upstream NIH API outages, rate limiting, email delivery incidents, or changes to third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular refresh schedule, or permanent availability of any tool, response, alert, chart, export, or page.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, reliability, legal compliance, data-source changes, or product maintenance.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GotGrant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its results or alerts.

We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version; material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
