We provide the service “as is” without warranties.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Features may be unavailable during maintenance, deployment, upstream NIH API outages, rate limiting, or changes to third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular refresh schedule, or permanent availability of any tool, API response, chart, export, article, or saved URL.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when required for security, reliability, legal compliance, data-source changes, or product maintenance. Where practical, important methodology or policy changes will be reflected in the relevant page documentation.

Links to NIH, Grants.gov, PubMed, universities, and other external services are provided for verification and convenience. Those services control their own content, availability, privacy practices, and terms. You are responsible for confirming eligibility, deadlines, submission instructions, and compliance requirements against the current official funding announcement and your institution's sponsored-research office.
