Refund Policy

You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked from your Account page.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. You retain access until that date and will not be charged for the next period.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after access begins, except where required by law.

Duplicate charges, technical billing errors, and other exceptional requests are reviewed case by case. Contact us promptly with the account email, charge date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details.
